How long does dispatch take?

Every Race Box is assembled, quality-checked, and packed after your order is placed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

How long does shipping take?

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We currently offer replacements only and do not provide refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

This helps us verify shipping-related issues and process replacements quickly.
