We currently offer replacements only and do not provide refunds.
As our products are limited collector items prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process replacement requests fairly and efficiently, customers must provide:
